Depositor Comments

Please note 36G is deleted from the insert. Depositor confirms this does not effect plasmid function.

This plasmid was generated using Gateway cloning. attB sites were added to NR2F1 via PCR reaction using pCMV-SPORT6-NR2F1 as a template. Resulting fragements were recombined with pDONR221 to generate an entry clone. LR reaction was performed using the destination vector FU-tetO-Gateway (Addgene Plasmid #19778).
