Mouse Cherry Brie Pooled Library
(Pooled Library #170511)
-
Purpose
Lentiviral pooled library for whole-genome CRISPR screening in mouse cells. The library is identical to the Mouse CRISPR Knockout Pooled Library (Brie), Addgene #73633, with an mCherry cassette in place of the Puromycin resistance cassette. Screening requires expression of Cas9 from a separate source.
-
Vector Backbone
LentiGuide Cherry (Plasmid #170510) - does not express Cas9
