Depositor Comments
Insert: wnt-4 (zebrafish) cDNA.
Insert size: 1.3 Kb.
To make an in situ probe, linearize with EcoRV and transcribe with SP6.
To make sense RNA, linearize with Xba1 and transcribe with T7.
Plasmid History:
Constructed by Anne Ungar on date of 6/8/93.
Species of Sequence Origin: Zebrafish.
Notes for Use:
Note presence of R1, Sma, BamH1 sites brought in from pBSSK during construction. The 1274 nucleotide Nsi1 fragment containing the complete wnt-4 coding region was ligated into the Pst1 site of pBSSK (zf4 in pBSSK clone 5). The 5' end is near the Kpn1 site. A 1.3 Kb fragment was cut out with EcoRV and Spe1, isolated and ligated into EcoRV/Spe1 cut pT7Ts.
