cDNA clone of wnt-1 for DIG labelled probes cloned by G.
Kelly. Antisense: linearize with EcoR1 and transcribe with SP6 RNA polyermase. Sense: linearize with HindIII and transcribe with T7 RNA polymerase. Hydrolyze probes for 12 minutes according to Harland, 1991.
