Depositor Comments
Zebrafish sp5 (bts1) cDNA Full-length in pBluescript SK, cloned into EcoRI / XhoI. Useful for making antisense probe. Is the paralog of sp5-like (sp5l, clone 27-i2 from the Wnt8 upregulated microarray screen). The clone comes from library screening (library from Bruce Appel) and the library was constructed using EcoRI and XhoI linkers; The library was made into the Uni-ZAP XR Lambda vector, and from it Bluescript SK was excised.
