Clone 23f17 from the microarray screen 1st round (Matthew clark normalized late somitogenesis / 24 hpf / liver library). Noncoding, repetitive transcript. Similar and overlapping with many other regions in the genome. For antisense probe synthesis.
Expressed in paraxial and ventral mesoderm during gastrulation. Later in specific brain regions.
For antisense: EcoRI, SP6.
