Depositor Comments

Zebrafish Isthmin cDNA, clone 27j15 from the microarray screen 1st round (Matthew Clark normalized late somitogenesis / 24 hpf / liver library) in pSPORT1. A clone that is slightly longer at the 5' end was identified in the 2nd array round, so this is not exactly full-length. For antisense probe synthesis.
Expressed on dorsal side early, in a dorsal high to ventral low gradient in margin, during gastrulation around axial mesoderm, later strongly at MHB. For antisense: Asp718, SP6.
