Zebrafish cystathionine beta-synthase cDNA (likely full-lenghth, at least contains full coding sequence) in pSPORT1. clone 6h9 from the microarray screen 1st round (Matthew clark normalized late somitogenesis / 24 hpf / liver library).
Expressed pretty ubiquitously early, but stronger in axail mesoderm during gastrulation. Later most prominently in eyes and somites.
For antisense: Asp718, SP6.
