Transcription: For sense, linearize with Asp718 (BMB) and transcribe with SP6.
PCR amplification from clone 286 (McMahon and Moon). Also referred to as int-1 spnfc or int-1 spnfcD. The Wnt-1 gene is truncated after the SPNFC peptide sequence.
