Depositor Comments
Description: Full coding sequence of mouse Wnt-1 (int-1 in early literature), with one internal c-myc epitope, in the Stratagene vector, pcDNA3. Protein can be immunoprecipitated, recognized in whole mount immunostaining, and detected by western blot, using the anti-c-myc antibody 9E-10.
Species of Sequence Origin: mouse.
Notes for Use: Uncharacterized.
Reference: The insert was published as p284 in AP McMahon and RT Moon, Cell 58: 1075-1084 (1989). This unpublished version was generated by Julia Yang-Snyder.
