Plasmid modified and submitted by Sebastiaan Bol, Raphael Reyes, Katie Clarke and Evelien Bunnik. Expression was confirmed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot (anti-His and anti-biotin). Biotin ligase (BirA) and free biotin are required for biotinylation of the biotinylation site.
