Depositor Comments
A fragment of human PIK3CA cDNA including the entire ORF was cloned into the pFastBac HT vector. The cDNA fragment can be removed with BamHI and HindIII for subcloning into other vectors.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
