Depositor Comments
A 6kb fragment of PTPRT including the entire ORF and the 3'UTR was excised from KIAA clone (ha06139s1) with SgrAI and ScaI and cloned into the XmaI/EcoRV sites of pIRES2hyg2. A 1.9kb fragment containing PTPRT was digested with NheI and NotI and cloned into the pCI-Neo expression vector.
