Contains 4 copies of putative Tcf-4-binding sites TRE1 (ATGTCTTTGTACTCG). The following oligonucleotide pairs were used for dimerization to construct corresponding reporters in pBV-Luc: 5'-CTAGCATGTC TTTGTACTCG ATGTCTTTGT ACTCG-3' and 5'-CTAGCGAGTA CAAAGACATC GAGTACAAAG ACATG-3' for p4XTRE1-Luc.
