To produce a GST-fusion protein (FAST-FL) containing the full-length hFAST-1, the entire ORF of hFAST-1 was PCR-amplified and cloned into the BamHI site of pGEX2TK (Pharmacia).
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
