Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pID1072 with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF, HindIII-HF
Expected bands:
BamHI-HF: One band: 5086 bp
HindIII-HF: Two bands: 2747 bp and 2339 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for these digests.
