Depositor Comments

Modification of pBH3.2 Pax3 plasmid from Martyn Goulding, Max Plank Institute (Goulding MD, Chalepakis G, Deutsch U, Erselius JR, Gruss P.
Pax-3, a novel murine DNA binding protein expressed during early neurogenesis.
EMBO J. 1991 10(5):1135-47). Deleted internal SmaI fragment using SmaI in polylinker and SmaI in insert.

Antisense probes are generated by digesting with EcoRI or HindIII and transcribing with T7 RNA Polymerase.
