Depositor Comments

This plasmid is an improved form of the mPlexin A2 in situ template plasmid originally described in Brown CB, Feiner L, Lu MM, Li J, Ma X, Webber AL, Jia L, Raper JA, Epstein JA. PlexinA2 and semaphorin signaling during cardiac neural crest development.
Development. 2001 128(16):3071-80. Anti-sense in situ probe is generated by linearizing with BamHI and transcribing with T3 RNA polymerase.
