Recombine plasmids from the shuttle vectors (pShuttle, pShuttle-CMV, pAdTrack, pAdTrack-CMV) into the adenoviral plasmid pAdEasy-2.
Plasmids recombined in pAdEasy-2 should be packaged in 911E4 cells to make virus.
