This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pCMV_psychLight2 with the following enzyme(s): NheI-HF, SacI-HF, and NotI-HF.
Expected bands:
NheI-HF - One band: 6100 bp
SacI-HF - Two bands: 5209 bp and 891 bp
NheI-HF/NotI-HF - Two bands: 3923 bp and 2177 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for all three digests.
