Depositor Comments

For pUASTLOTattB_eGFP::Dpp, GFP was replaced by eGFP in the Dpp-GFP plasmid (obtained from S. Cohen). Then, eGFP::Dpp was inserted in the multiple cloning site of pUASTLOTattB vector by standard cloning procedures.
