This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pLVX-RT001-LVB with the following enzymes: NheI-HF, PpuMI
Expected bands:
NheI-HF: One band: 10,176 bp
NheI-HF/PpuMI: Two bands: 5721 bp and 4455 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for these digests.
