Depositor Comments
Contains xfz7 cysteine rich extracellular domain, up to 1st TM. This construct was made from Nxfz7myc. The myc tag was removed. The insert has a BamHI site at the 5' end. The myc tag was removed as a ClaI-XbaI fragment and the ends were blunted, so there are no 3' sites to cut it out. For sense transcripts, cut with NotI.
