Depositor Comments
This construct contains the amino terminus of xfz8, which includes the signal sequence, cysteine-rich domain (CRD) and the linker region. It terminates just before the first transmembrane region. This plasmid does not contain a myc tag and is potent at causing enlarged cement gland and shortened axes. This construct was generated by removing a ClaI-XhoI fragment from Nxfz8/CS2MT. For sense transcripts, cut with NotI.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
