Depositor Comments
GFP-Rb (1-928) was digested with PstI and SmaI. The 3' overhangs were removed by Klenow treatment and the resulting fragment was self-ligated (after purification).
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
