Depositor Comments

This plasmid was used to prepare RNA probes for in situ hybridization (ISH) and has not been used for functional studies of Gnal. It is not known whether the F199S mutation may affect function of Gnal. Moreover, be advised that the plasmid does not contain the full coding region of Gnal.
