This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: KpnI and SmaI+HindIII double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 7.5kb; 4.25kb and 3.3kb. We see the expected pattern.
