Borodina Yeast Transporter Libraries

Purpose
These yeast pooled CRISPR libraries target all 361 non-essential and conditionally essential transporter genes in S. cerevisiae. Plasmids contain both an sgRNA and corresponding 165 bp donor fragment, achieving high efficiency disruption of the target genes by introduction of frameshift mutations.
Libraries are divided into five sub-groups targeting different groups of transporters.
- Sctrans-PP-Grp1: ATP dependent transporters
- Sctrans-PP-Grp2: Secondary transporters (SeTS-1 to SeTS-5)
- Sctrans-PP-Grp3: Secondary transporters (SeTS-6 to SeTS-9)
- Sctrans-PP-Grp4: Secondary transporters (SeTS-10 to SeTS-14)
- Sctrans-PP-Grp5: Ion channel, unclassified, and other transporters
- Sctrans-PP targets all 361 genes
