This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pAAV-hSyn-SOUL-P2A-tdTomato with the following enzyme(s): BamHI-HF and EcoRV-HF.
Expected bands:
BamHI-HF One band: 7050 bp
EcoRV-HF Two bands: 5412 bp and 1638 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for both digests.
