Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pEGFP hsp70 K71E with the following enzymes: single digests with BamHI and HindIII and a double digest with BamHI-HF/HindIII.
The digest confirms that the HindIII site was destroyed during cloning and the expected size of the plasmid is 7kb.
