Depositor Comments

Retroviral vector expressing PALP from the long-terminal-repeat (LTR) promoter. The neomycin gene is expressed from SV40 promoter.

Plasmid CMV-PLAP was digested with KpnI and a 1930bp fragment encoding PLAP was isolated. The ends of this fragment were blunted with T4 DNA polymerase and ligated to a SalI linker. The linker fragment was digested with SalI and inserted into the SalI site of the Moloney murine leukemia virus retroviral vector pDOL.
