Depositor Comments
A replication-incompetent avian retroviral vector expressing the histochemical marker gene PLAP.
Clone your transgene into pSLIRES11 and use ClaI to transfer it to pRISAP. As a result both the PLAP marker and the transgene will be encoded by a spliced bicistronic message.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
