Depositor Comments

CFP and YFP fused to the PH domain of PLCdelta. CYPHR was generated by PCR of CFP from HindIII to KpnI, the PH domain of murine PLCdelta1 (aa 10–140) from KpnI to XhoI, and mYFP from XhoI to XbaI.
