Depositor Comments
A variant of pLKO.1 containing an Thy1.1 marker rather than puromycin.
pLKO.3 Thy 1.1 was cloned by excising PAC-GFP from pLKO.3pgw and replacing it with Thy1.1 that was PCR'd from another vector. Cloned into the BamHI and EcoRV sites of pLKO.3pgw.
See http://citdh.org/Lentivectors.html
for more information on pLKO.3pgw.
