Full-length cyclin T1 fused to the DBD of Gal4(1–147) and inserted at the BamHI/XbaI sites of pEF-Bos-myc(EF). The cyclin insert contains H519R, S566P, P712S, and L724F compared to closest cyclin T1 reference sequence NP_001231.2.
