inducible shRNA expression vector. shRNA coding region can be replaced as follows: design ~80 bp oligos with 5’ BamHI site followed by mutant loxP, where the last 5 bp are replaced by the first 5 bp of shRNA sequence, followed by the remaining shRNA sequence, hairpin and as shRNA sequence, T stretch and SalI site.
