This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: EcoRI and EcoRI/XbaI
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 5.7kb, 2.4kb and 1.3kb for EcoRI and 3.6kb, 2.4kb, 1.5kb, 1.3kb and 0.5kb for EcoRI/XbaI. We see the expected pattern.
