This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pcDNA3 Flag TSC2 with the following enzyme(s): SpeI-HF and EcoRI-HF.
Expected Bands:
EcoRI-HF 3 bands, 5952 + 2585 + 2370 bp
SpeI-HF 3 bands, 4717 + 3500 + 2690 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for both digests.
