Depositor Comments

The plasmid can be used in conjunction with pTet-CTRL (Addgene #138085) that expresses the Tet-transactivator proteins for controlled expression of the ORF for the gene of interest cloned into this plasmid. Following Lentiviral transduction into mammalian cells expression can be induced with Tetracycline or Doxycyline.
To clone the gene of interest into this plasmid, digest with BamHI and then perform Gibson assembly, adding your gene of interest including any tags.
