This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme/enzymes: NcoI, NotI, NcoI&NotI, NcoI&SacII
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 5kb,5kb, 1.6 & 3.4 kb, and 1.6 & 3.4 kb, respectively. We see the expected pattern.
