Depositor Comments
The miniAID-mClover3 DNA fragment was amplified from pMK290 vector (Plasmid #72828, Addgene)
Please note: The plasmid contains 13bp insertion immediately downstream of the ORF and a single T to G nucleotide mutation in the 3' flanking sequence compared to the depositor's sequence. These changes are not known to affect plasmid function.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
