This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Ladder and a digestion of the plasmid ALKBH5-dCas9 with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF, AgeI-HF, SpeI-HF
Expected bands:
EcoRI-HF: Two bands: 6040 bp and 2712 bp
AgeI-HF/SpeI-HF: Two bands: 5995 bp and 2757 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for these digests.
