Purpose
These Drosophila cell CRISPR pooled libraries have been separated into three distinct, enriched sub-pools.
Group 1 (#134582) has 8x coverage of kinases, phosphatases, and Drosophila gene orthologs of drug targets.
Group 2 (#134583) has 6x coverage of vertebrate gene orthologs which have undergone expansion in vertebrates and may contain paralogs.
Group 3 (#134584) has 6x coverage of all other genes.
The backbone plasmid used to generate this library contains bacterial site-specific integration sites, intended for use in compatible Drosophila cell lines. This design allows for scalable, long-term delivery of single guide RNAs.
