Addgene diagnostic digest for 13355
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pMXs-ERas with the following enzymes: BamHI single digest and a BamHI/SalI double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for these digests: ~5.3kb (BamHI) and 4.4kb + 0.9kb (SalI). We see the expected pattern. An additional band of 5.3kb in the BamHI/SalI digest corresponds to linearized plasmid DNA.
