Depositor Comments
The human XRCC4 open reading frame was cloned and polyhistidine tagged at the 3' end by Pfu PCR from a human thymus cDNA pool (Clontech), and subcloned into pET28a.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
