Depositor Comments

cDNA was synthesized by reverse transcription of total RNA obtained from cell line 22D6, an Abelson murine leukemia virus transformed pre-B cell line. RAG-2 cDNA was then amplified by PCR, using specific primers designed also to add restriction enzyme recognition sites adjacent to the largest open reading frame for subsequent cloning. PCR products were subcloned into the pCDM8 vector.
