Depositor Comments

TetO arrays are unstable and dual selection with Ampicillin and Gentamycin are essential for the maintenance of the array. Confirm full-length plasmid by restriction digest and Sanger sequencing of any clones prior to use.

Some minor sequence discrepancies located in the TetO repeat array exist between Sanger and NGS based data. These are not of functional concern for use of the plasmid.
