The full-length coding sequence of zebrafish plcg1 was amplified by PCR using cDNA from wild-type embryos using the following oligonucleotides: 5'-TTACTAGTGAACAAACAGGGGAAATG-GCT-3' and 5'-TTTCTAGACTGCTCGGTTTACGCTCGGTTAT-3' and TOPO-cloned into pCR2.1 (Invitrogen) to give pCRplcg1CDS.
For riboprobe, digest with MluI and use SP6 polymerase.
