A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made bypAAV-CaMKIIa-eNpHR3.0-EYFP from Karl Deisseroth, Stanford U (Addgene #26971) and Nano-lantern/pcDNA3 from Takeharu Nagai, Osaka U (Addgene #51970)

Depositor Comments
eNpHR3.0-EYFP was first inserted using BamHI/XhoI sites and then Nano-lantern was inserted using NotI/XhoI sites by replacing the Kir1.8 trafficking signal and the EYFP tag. The ER export motif (FCYENEV) was added at the C-terminal.
