Depositor Comments
Plasmid contains a lot of repetitive regions and thus next generation sequencing had difficulty assembling a full plasmid sequence. Due to this Addgene's full plasmid sequence contains several ambiguous bases and a few mismatches in non-essential regions compared to depositor sequence. Depositor confirms plasmid is functional!
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
